Skill Gap Navigator is intended for people aged 16 and over. Do not create an account or submit information if you are under 16. You must confirm your eligibility and accept these terms before using the career tools. If local law requires a parent or guardian to authorise your account or purchase, obtain that authorisation. Use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

Skill Gap Navigator provides informational career guidance generated by AI based on the resume and job description you submit. It is a tool to help you plan, not professional career, legal, or financial advice.

Skill Gap Navigator does not guarantee interviews, job offers, salaries, employment, admissions, or any other career outcome. Readiness scores are approximate AI assessments of the evidence you provide, not validated qualifications or hiring probabilities. Learning times, costs, and resource suggestions are estimates; check them with the provider. Results are informational only, and your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

AI-generated results can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing every recommendation yourself before acting on it.

Submit only information you have the right to share. Remove unnecessary identifiers and sensitive details, and do not submit confidential employer materials or another person’s resume without their permission. Review suggested resume edits and use only statements that accurately describe your experience. You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.

You must not abuse, spam, scrape, attack, overload, or automate misuse of the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, submit unlawful content, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. The price, currency, taxes, billing interval and included usage are shown before purchase. Cancel through Account → Manage billing; you can also contact support for help. Analysis allowances reset on a calendar-month basis in UTC. Uploads are limited to 60 attempts per day, and AI Career Strategy to 40 requests per day, to prevent misuse. Referral rewards end automatically and do not create a paid subscription. Changes to active subscriptions are subject to the notice and agreement requirements of applicable law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Any limitation of liability applies only where permitted by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
