What does Pro actually unlock?
Pro turns the diagnosis into an execution system: full learning routes, proof projects, evidence-safe résumé upgrades, interactive progress tracking, reassessment, Career Strategy across saved paths, weekly sprints, and up to 40 exact Career Maps per month.
Does career discovery use my monthly Career Map allowance?
No. Exploring career options and comparing existing results do not use it. Building or reassessing a Career Map uses your allowance, whether the target is a generalized role or a real job.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month and you can cancel through Account → Manage billing.
Are readiness scores hiring probabilities?
No. Readiness is an estimate of how much of a role you can currently support with résumé evidence. It is designed for prioritization, not as a promise of interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.
